EPG Prepaid Card

RTEC offers Prepaid EPG Cards to all clients for transportation. The Prepaid Card is free of charge and enables you to have total control over your account. Ask for Accounts Receivable at 1-800-321-7832, and have the following information available::

​

• Name

• Address

• Phone Number

• A valid Email Address

• If you do not have an email address that is okay, we can set one up for you.

After setting up the card, we will mail your Prepaid Card to your address. There are several ways to load the Prepaid Card:

• Call 1-800-321-7832 with your debit/credit card information.

• Mail a check or money order to: 100 E. Main St. Mount Vernon, KY 40456.
